Disclaimers and Addtional Charges

Travel Fee Legal Disclaimer

Please be advised that a travel fee will apply for real estate photography services provided to properties located outside a 30-mile radius from 3020 Floyd Ave in Modesto, CA. For properties located between 31 and 55 miles, a travel fee of $50 will be assessed. For properties located between 56 and 80 miles, the fee will be $75. Properties located between 81 and 105 miles will incur a fee of $100. For any properties located beyond 105 miles, please contact us directly for a custom quote.

Missed Appointment Fee Legal Disclaimer

Clients are hereby informed that failure to facilitate scheduled appointments or render properties unshootable on the agreed-upon date will result in a $50 missed appointment fee as well as a travel fee (if applicable). Clients are obligated to provide advance notice of any appointment changes or cancellations, no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, to avoid incurring this fee. By availing themselves of our services, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by this missed appointment fee policy.
